Cansan Alüminyum is an aluminum extrusion company and producing aluminum profiles for all applications; Architecture, automotive, machinery, etc.
With my team, I was responsible of managing all production and financial activities of the company, in order to reach to the vision of the Board. Strategic planning, goal settings, production, finance, marketing, developing and performing of the investment plan, developing and executing the quality criteria’s, securing the quality and time performance of the new projects.
Most important development of the company was the investment of the new anodizing line, booths of the building and machinery. Also significant improving of the export market was the remarkable success.
